Item Store Store Refund Policy

Thank you for using, operated by Pantheon Pay LLC.
  • It is possible to cancel an unshipped order.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, a customer must have received an incorrect item or a similar seller-side error. Refunds are given on a case by case basis by Consumer Support through CCBill.
  • Consumers must contact CCBill Consumer Support within 7 days of transaction date.
  • All items must be shipped within 3 business days of transaction date as per credit card association rules. All items must also be properly laundered before shipment as per credit card processing rules.
  • The money will be refunded to the original payment method used in the purchase. A refund may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on a credit card statement.
